We are currently recruiting for OSHC Educators on a part-time basis to join our Outside School Hours Care Service.
About the ServiceThe service is located within the Loganholme State School grounds in a brand-new double-spaced room. With 135 spaces, the service has a steady growth and is constantly hitting milestones.
The community bond with the school and families alike is beautiful. Celebrating the uniqueness of all who surround us, we work to give each child their own voice and freedom of play each day.
Our Service PhilosophyOur service philosophy prioritises community and belonging, children's agency and the importance of spontaneous, multi-age play in middle childhood. We offer a range of planned and spontaneous play experiences for children and welcome educators with unique skill sets to share with children.
About the RoleAs an OSHC Educator, you are responsible for the care of children before school, after school, and during school holiday periods. You will assist in running fascinating, fun-filled, and educational activities with primary school children, such as science experiments, outdoor games, painting, and musical activities.

Am I a Good Match?You are currently studying or have completed a Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor degree in the field of children's services or similar. You have a fantastic sense of fun and a tremendous imagination. You hold or be willing to obtain a current First Aid and CPR certification. You hold a Positive Notice Blue Card or be willing to obtain one.
