Business Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Business Administrator to join our team in Bunbury, WA.
As a Business Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and customers, supporting the Office Manager with administrative tasks.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Reception and customer service
- Stock control, journaling, and quality control data recording
- Processing and recording daily production data using computer systems
- Purchase orders for AP, cost code verification, goods receiving, and invoice reconciliation
- Safety and environmental problem reporting, internal audits, and compliance
- Participation in relevant meetings and site observations
- Month-end processes completion and maintenance of employee and company records
We require a candidate with 2+ years of experience in a similar position, competence in accounts management, strong work safety experience, and excellent communication skills.
