Job Title: Experienced Nursing Professional

At our state-of-the-art healthcare facility, we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Orthopaedic & Neurosurgical team. As an integral member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve outstanding outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing expert nursing care to patients undergoing joint, spinal, and brain surgery
  • Working closely with the multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care
  • Assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans
  • Maintaining accurate records and contributing to quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a surgical/acute care setting
  • Commitment to patient-centred care and clinical excellence
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
