We are seeking a skilled Guest Experience Host & Face to Face Sales Lead Generator to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

About the Role:

• Greet and register owners and guests in a warm and welcoming manner
• Provide information on local area attractions and offer personalized recommendations
• Complete all department-related paperwork accurately and efficiently
• Utilize communication equipment such as telephones, facsimiles, and computers to effectively communicate with guests and team members
• Meet with guests face-to-face to generate sales appointments for our sales centers located at our amazing resorts and via livestream
• Bild rapport with customers to ensure an exceptional experience is delivered
• Work closely with the resort operations team to provide a high level of service and seamless transition for owners and guests through the check-in process
• Clearly articulate the benefits of traveling within Wyndham Destinations community
• Meet targets and KPIs set by the business
• This role requires being available for weekend and public holiday shifts.

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

• Previous experience in a similar hotel position
• A genuine passion for customer service and the local area
• Excellent communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities
• An enthusiastic, self-motivated, and positive individual
• Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards
• High levels of computer literacy
• Previous experience with a PMS system (Hirum, Fidelio, Opera etc) advantageous
• The ability to recognize and solve problems in the workplace
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, public, and school holidays.
