The Role

We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager to oversee our projects from design to completion. The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing residential development projects, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

  • Manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to onboard new clients and ensure a smooth project experience.
  • Work closely with our design team to finalize project documentation and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
  • Coordinate with our estimating team to develop final quotes and ensure accurate project costing.
  • Communicate effectively with clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Manage project-specific shop drawings, including structural steel and LWS frames.
  • Engage with external engineers, certifiers, and other stakeholders to achieve building approval.
  • Coordinate project programs and ensure timely completion in accordance with our overall production program.
  • Ensure construction works are carried out in a cost-effective manner and to budget.
  • Engage site subcontractors for all site works required before and after module installation.
  • Direct and assist site supervisors to ensure they have the necessary tools to deliver a successful project.
  • Communicate and negotiate cost and time variations with clients.
  • Coordinate and manage projects to practical completion and handover with clients.
Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • A high level of professionalism and presentation.
  • At least 5 years of experience in managing residential development projects, with a strong background in project management.
  • Experience in NDIS projects is beneficial.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • A track record of resolving issues quickly and innovatively to ensure project progress.
  • Estimating experience is a plus, but not essential.
  • Experience in modular construction is a plus, but not essential.
