Driving Change at Scale in Data Center Design

We're seeking a seasoned Technical Program Manager to lead our Data Hall Design team and drive change at scale across OCI. As a key member of our organization, you'll be responsible for managing fast-paced change enabled by technology while leveraging your proven program and project management capabilities.

  • Lead complex business initiatives from approach to desired outcomes through delivery.
  • Influence and activate teams to build alignment and drive results.
  • Provide program and project management expertise to global initiatives, understanding interdependencies between process, technology, and people needs.
  • Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones, and ensure that project goals are in line with customer and business objectives.
Key Qualifications
  • 8+ years of program/project management experience.
  • Experience with varying scenarios of data center construction, infrastructure builds, and network augmentations.
  • Knowledge of best practices and emerging technologies related to infrastructure (i.e., network, data center, hardware, mechanical, and electrical systems).
  • Background in technology-enabled change ideally within a cloud infrastructure datacenter environment.
  • Proven ability to create effective relationships, listen, influence, and collaborate at all organizational levels.
