Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Site Director to join our team at Search. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of our apartment projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise Health and Safety: Ensure a safe working environment for all personnel on site.
  • Complete Snagging Reports: Conduct thorough inspections to identify and rectify any defects or issues.
  • Liaise with Sub-Contractors: Foster strong relationships with sub-contractors to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Supervise Labour on Site: Oversee the management of labour resources to meet project deadlines.
  • Delivery Coordination of Materials: Ensure the timely delivery of materials and equipment to site.
  • Attend Site Meetings: Participate in regular site meetings to discuss project progress and address any concerns.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Site Director or equivalent role in the construction industry.
  • Project Experience: Experience working on apartment projects, with a strong understanding of the associated challenges and requirements.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Health and Safety: Strong knowledge of health and safety protocols, with a proven track record of maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Certifications: Hold relevant certifications, such as CSCS, First Aid, and SMSTS or SSSTS.
