We are seeking a skilled Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our team in the community. As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will work closely with clients, their families, and external service providers to develop and implement individualized behaviour support plans.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conduct thorough assessments and create contemporary behaviour support care plans
  • Deliver and review services to ensure clients receive holistic care that meets their needs and goals
  • Empower clients by enhancing their independence and participation in the community

  • Receive mentoring and supervision that provides support and professional development
  • Reasonable expectations - 5 billable hours a day (66% of your time)

About you:

  • Qualified as a competent, core, proficient, or advanced Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner
  • Experience working in the disability sector and an understanding of NDIS guidelines and Positive Behaviour Capability Framework
  • Confident, flexible, and solutions-focused, with a positive and contemporary outlook
