Job Summary

Cyber Security Managers play a crucial role in leading high-performance cyber security teams. As a Cyber Security Manager, you will be responsible for planning and delivering complex packages of work to support our security programs.

You will guide the security program through its development, support and operation phases, working closely with internal and external customers to identify cyber security outcomes and maintain the security program's ongoing compliance to widely recognised industry standards.

  • Manage a team of cybersecurity experts and lead cybersecurity activities related to the security program, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate cybersecurity-related engagements with both internal and external customers, fostering effective communication and collaboration to address security concerns and requirements.
  • Identify cybersecurity packages of work and develop strategic plans for their delivery within agreed timeframes, employing proactive measures to mitigate risks and ensure successful outcomes.

You will be responsible for all cyber security aspects covering application security, network security, platform security, cross-domain solutions and cryptography.

A Day in the Life

You will lead a team of cyber security experts and engage with a broad set of internal and external stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes. You will show exemplary judgment in making technical trade-offs between short versus long-term security and business goals.
