About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Trade Qualified Spray Painter to join our team at Capital Smart Repairs. As a Spray Painter, you will be responsible for completing paint jobs in accordance with our S.M.A.R.T processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sign off on the final colour, including minor colour adjustments to deliver a high-quality paint finish for the customer
  • Maintain spray booths, equipment, and robots daily
  • Complete any adhoc duties as directed by leadership

Requirements

  • Be a Trade Qualified Spray Painter (essential)
  • Have experience in Collision Repair industry (essential)
  • Have full Australian Working rights and valid drivers licence
