About the Role

Capital SMART Repairs is a leading provider of small to medium accident repair technology, with a strong focus on innovation and customer satisfaction. We're seeking a skilled Spray Painter to join our team at Holden Hill.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete paint jobs in accordance with SMART processes and procedures, ensuring a high-quality finish for our customers.
  • Sign off on the final colour, making minor adjustments as needed to deliver a perfect paint finish.
  • Maintain spray booths, equipment, and robots daily to ensure optimal performance.
  • Perform other duties as directed by leadership to support the team's success.
Requirements
  • Trade Qualified Spray Painter (essential)
  • Experience in the Collision Repair industry (essential)
  • Full Australian Working rights and valid driver's license
