Front of House Leadership Opportunity

  • Work closely with the kitchen to coordinate service and pairings.
  • Manage scheduling, staffing needs, and team morale.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Assist with marketing initiatives and customer engagement strategies.

Requirements:

  • A proven leader with experience in managing teams and driving results.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
  • Experience with reservation systems and basic business operations (POS, inventory, scheduling).
  • Knowledge of Japanese cuisine and beverages is a plus.
