The company seeks an Internal Account Manager to join their small team of 6-8 existing account managers.

They operate in a modern environment with a supportive but customer-focused culture and supply innovative, superior quality products nationally.

**Job Description:**

As the Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with existing customers and distributors. You will ensure that incoming orders are processed, coordinated, and delivered in line with customers' expectations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage and develop existing client relationships
  • Handle incoming calls from new customers
  • Make outgoing calls to existing customers
  • Manage the order process from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery
  • Keep clients informed about the status of their orders
  • Quote customers for new orders
  • Update the system with relevant information on order details

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience as an Account Manager
  • Proven track record of processing orders efficiently
  • Experience in taking detailed orders and quoting clients
  • A flexible attitude towards work
  • The ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively
  • Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
  • An excellent telephone manner
  • Good computer skills
