About the Role:

At Everyday Independence, we're seeking a skilled Habit Coach to join our team in Southern Perth.

As a Habit Coach, you'll work closely with participants to develop and implement personalized therapy plans, promoting independence and empowering individuals to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support NDIS participants in Southern Perth and surrounding areas.
  • Work at participants' homes or community locations, requiring reliable transportation.
  • Support participants across all ages and stages of life, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
  • Collaborate with primary therapists to implement therapy plans, driving meaningful outcomes and growth.

What You'll Need:

  • Currently studying a university degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, or Physiotherapy (minimum 2nd year).
  • Or, hold a Certificate 3 or 4 in Allied Health Assistance or an equivalent qualification, with relevant experience.
