Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Project Coordinator to join our team on a permanent basis in Perth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate mobilization activities, ensuring timely and efficient deployment of personnel to multiple clients and project sites each month.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to book medicals, training, inductions, and other pre-mobilization requirements.
  • Manage company records, including training matrices, roster spreadsheets, and internal databases.
  • Procure and distribute personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Negotiate with clients and key stakeholders to meet mobilization deadlines.
  • Identify and implement solutions to operational challenges within the mobilization process.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in computer software applications.
  • Familiarity with project management systems (e.g., Enable Logistics, ERMS) is highly desirable.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Critical thinking and adaptability are essential.
