We are seeking a skilled and experienced Paralegal to join our team. The role involves assisting with various administrative tasks, including document preparation, filing, and organization.
Responsibilities:- Audio Dictation, Opening Purchase Files, Preparing Quotations, TOB's, Offers, typing missive letters, completing Money Laundering, importing documents onto case management system
- Maintain paper files post settlement, chasing outstanding documents, sending out documents to clients, Lenders and Solicitors, and liaising with conveyancers re file issues
- Submitting offers on behalf of clients
- Dealing with clients within the office and on the telephone
- Keeping Clients updated on their transaction
- Scanning relevant file documents onto case management system, sending out Deeds, closing and shredding files
- Meet with clients to take relevant ID/witness client signatures on documentation
- Confidentiality
- Ability to prioritize workload
- Experience dealing with customers/clients
- Knowledge of conveyancing transaction processes
- Working knowledge of Powers of Attorney
