  • Job Title: Clinician CATT/Triage/EPS

The Alfred Health Crisis Assessment Team EPS Triage Clinician is a unique and diverse role that spans four main areas – Crisis Assessment and Treatment, Triage, Emergency Psychiatry, and APACER. Unlike other mental health services where staff are generally siloed into one specific team, this is an opportunity to work across various settings and be a valued member of a supportive team providing support across each stream depending on demand.


Key Responsibilities:

This role involves delivering timely and effective care to individuals in need, ensuring their well-being and promoting recovery. The Emergency Psychiatry team is comprised of dedicated and compassionate mental health clinicians who celebrate diversity within their workforce and prioritize social activity to promote each other's wellbeing.


Requirements:

Approved tertiary qualifications and registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board or Occupational Therapy Board via AHPRA, or eligible with AASW. Minimum of 3 years postgraduate experience, preferably within an acute community mental health setting. Previous work experience in drug and alcohol treatment is desirable. Australian working rights and current Influenza vaccination are also required.
