Job Title

A part-time receptionist opportunity exists in a dynamic fitness centre environment.

About the Role

This is an exciting chance to join a supportive team and provide excellent customer service to members. You will be responsible for administering various tasks, answering phone calls, responding to queries, and assisting with gym floor activities as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide efficient check-in services to members, even during peak hours
  • Answer phone calls and respond to member enquiries promptly
  • Assist with gym floor work or classes when required
Requirements
  • First Aid and CPR qualification
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • A positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a dynamic team
  • Excellent personal presentation and understanding of the fitness centre's operations
  • Availability across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and peak holiday periods
