This is a unique opportunity to lead major reform initiatives across the Shared Pathology Service network.
The ideal candidate will oversee the development and implementation of a Shared Pathology Strategy, operate across both organisations and require regular on-site presence at facilities within the pathology network.
About The Role- Lead the establishment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the Shared Pathology Reform Project.
- Renew governance structures, stakeholder engagement plans, budgets, risk registers, and strategic project documentation.
- Implement agreed reform activities.
- Support service expansion, including Western Health.
- Represent the Shared Pathology Service in external forums and liaise with government agencies and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, risk, and financial management standards.
