Key Responsibilities:

* Project Cost-Effectiveness: Assess and analyze the cost-effectiveness of flood resilience projects, emphasizing quality. Conduct Value for Money (VFM) assessments using RHF tools and systems, ensuring compliance with guidelines. Identify areas for improvement in flood resilience and recommend strategies to enhance home resilience.
* Home Assessments: Conduct thorough assessments of homes to evaluate flood impact and resilient outcomes. Utilize technical expertise to interpret plans and resilient building strategies. Educate homeowners on flood risk, resilient building design, materials, and technical aspects related to flood resilience.
* Communication: Effectively communicate with homeowners and licensed contractors, building awareness and understanding of flood resilience. Address homeowner inquiries and concerns professionally, fostering positive relationships. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by sharing knowledge and participating in training.
* Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to gather insights and promote best practices. Support leadership in mentoring and guiding the team for excellence in performance. Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with program stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of products and services.
* Working Conditions: Engage in a combination of office-based and remote work. Conduct on-site assessments at people\u2019s homes. Travel may be required for training or stakeholder engagement.

Mandatory Requirements:

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience in the building industry, preferably in a trade-based role or design/engineering/Quantity Surveying/Estimating.
* Experience in property assessments, estimating, or related fields with a focus on price, quantities, materials, and scope.
* Demonstrated ability to interpret plans and resilient building strategies.
* High-level knowledge of building materials and their application.
