Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to join our team.

This role involves managing a portfolio of properties, including maintaining communication between landlords and tenants, problem-solving, and administrative tasks.

About the Role:

This dynamic position requires exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Portfolio Management: Manage a diverse portfolio of properties, ensuring timely payment of rent, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise, and providing excellent customer service to both landlords and tenants.
- Communication and Problem-Solving: Maintain open and effective communication with landlords and tenants, resolving any disputes or issues in a fair and timely manner.
- Routine Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure they are being maintained to a high standard, identifying any necessary repairs or maintenance requirements.
- Leasing and Negotiation: Assist with leasing and negotiation processes, working closely with landlords and tenants to find mutually beneficial solutions.
- Repairs and Maintenance: Oversee all aspects of repairs and maintenance, including arranging quotes, scheduling work, and ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed.
- Marketing and Database Management: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and grow the business, while also maintaining accurate records and databases to support the property management operations.

Requirements:

- A relevant qualification in real estate (such as a Certificate IV) and/or significant industry experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of property management principles and practices, including legislation and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
