Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and driven professional to join our team as a Senior Property Consultant. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving front-end revenue by consistently securing signed and paid agreements with high-quality clients.

About the Role

You will manage your pipeline with precision, follow up with urgency, and contribute actively to team discussions, trainings, and outcomes. Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional results and exceed client expectations through the effective application of industry expertise and cutting-edge technology.

  • Manage your sales pipeline through CRM with accuracy and urgency.
  • Maintain 100% follow-up and task adherence through calendar and system discipline.
  • Run effective closing calls that present InvestorKit's offer with clarity and impact.
  • Collaborate closely with Setters to ensure clean handovers and lead quality.
  • Participate fully in Power Sessions, Growth Sessions, training, start of day, end of day, and team huddles.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Paid Residential Agreements: Total net residential client agreements paid per month Meets or exceeds the monthly individual target as set by SLT.
  • Show rates: % of scheduled sales calls where the lead attends as booked 80% + Show rate.
  • Script Adherence: Follows the approved call structure and applies objection frameworks consistently across all calls.
  • Time to Close: Average duration from agreement sent to agreement signed & paid Avg. < 7 days.
  • Follow-Up Completion: % of Task set and completed, and calendar completion 100% adherence.
  • CRM Integrity: Timeliness and quality of lead updates and status 100% accuracy of data, updates within same business day client interactions.
  • Pipeline Management & Nurture quality: % of active leads being progressed weekly (based on notes, calls, tasks, and stage movement) effective use of templates and quality of communication.
  • Engagement & Contribution: Participation in training sessions, team meetings, and coaching 100% attendance, contribution, & application of knowledge and feedback.
