Position Overview

This part-time, 12-month contract role requires a commitment of two days per week. As a vital member of our dynamic MedTech team, you will engage with industry-leading products and contribute to our mission of advancing healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute all in-field inventory counts within the designated region.
  • Conduct initial reconciliations of count discrepancies, collaborating with hospital personnel and sales teams to ascertain inventory usage or alternative locations.
  • Manage actions related to expired stock in the field, including removals and replacement requests.
  • Act as a liaison among customers, I&CS Analysts, and commercial and operations teams to ensure timely completion of necessary actions.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to colleagues in commercial and operational teams regarding inventory management processes.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • A tertiary degree in healthcare or logistics is preferred.
  • Experience in the medical device or logistics industry is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and logistics within the healthcare sector is desirable.
  • Willingness to travel domestically up to 40% of the time.
