Job Title

As a Community Registered Nurse, you will be delivering person-centred care in the home and community setting. Your role will involve working closely with individuals, families, and multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing evidence-based care in generalist and specialist areas such as wound management, medication management, continence support, and palliative care.
  • Working autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
  • Current NSW Driver's Licence and ability to work across Newcastle and Raymond Terrace regions.

  • Understanding of palliative care principles and experience supporting clients in the home.
