We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Personal Injury Lawyer to join our team at AFL Recruitment. As a Senior Personal Injury Lawyer, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of cases, including work injury damages and public liability claims.

About the Role

As a Senior Personal Injury Lawyer, you will be responsible for:

  • Carrying out full-spectrum carriage of your own files, including obtaining client instructions, reviewing medical evidence, and providing technical legal advice.
  • Liaising with third parties, briefing counsel, and attending court/settlement conferences.
  • Working closely with our team to achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Requirements

To be successful as a Senior Personal Injury Lawyer, you will need:

  • At least 7+ years of experience in plaintiff personal injury law, including work injury damages and public liability.
  • Strong legal technical knowledge and drafting and advocacy skills.
  • A client-centric and results-driven approach.
  • Ambition and commercial acumen.
  • The ability to work well in a vibrant and fast-paced environment.
