As a Senior Personal Injury Lawyer, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of complex institutional abuse litigation cases, working closely with clients, doctors, solicitors, and insurers to obtain justice for injured clients.

With a strong background in personal injury law, including experience in historical and institutional abuse, you will be able to work independently and as part of a team to deliver exceptional results.

We are looking for a lawyer who is results-driven, with a high work ethic and outstanding communication, time prioritization, and people skills. If you are hungry to learn and advance your career in personal injury law, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of complex institutional abuse litigation cases
  • Work closely with clients, doctors, solicitors, and insurers to obtain justice for injured clients
  • Prepare letters, court documents, submissions, and briefs to counsel
  • Undertake legal research and review medical evidence
  • Time record and bill for work completed
  • Attend settlement conferences, mediations, and court hearings

Requirements:

  • Admitted lawyer in NSW
  • Minimum 24 months experience in personal injury law, including experience in historical and institutional abuse
  • Proven ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment
  • Results-driven with a high work ethic and outstanding communication, time prioritization, and people skills
