Support Services Advocate

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-level customer service to a large portfolio of clients via email and phone.
The key focus of this role will be to:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Utilize various applications to assist customers with their order requirements.
- Manage cases within the CRM system to achieve recommended close out times and effective resolution for customers.
- Ensure prompt communication with customers regarding order status when required.
We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, has strong communication skills, and can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in a customer service and administration environment.
- Experience working in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems (SAP or Microsoft Dynamics experience is highly regarded).
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills, including phone and email communication.
- Prioritization and problem-solving skills.
