Travel Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Travel & Logistics Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of worker travel, including booking flights, accommodation and ground transportation. They will also maintain a master roster for staff and workforce, ensuring compliance with travel regulations and health and safety protocols.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for workers, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of travel schedules and expenses.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding travel and expense reporting.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting on travel-related metrics, including expenses, utilization and trends.


Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. They should be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of management and possess the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
