  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver scheduled maintenance and upgrades for Building Management Systems (BMS) and Building Automation solutions.
  • Configure and program BMS/HVAC control systems, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Maintain and improve energy efficiency through routine checks and upkeep in assigned regions.
  • Contribute to project work, commissioning tasks, and client relations.
  • Respond to service requests, scheduling, and technical queries from clients.
  • Analyze faults and provide expert advice on system improvements.
  • Support existing and new customers with exceptional technical expertise.

About the Ideal Candidate:


  • Must have proven experience in programming and commissioning BMS/HVAC systems.
  • Thorough knowledge of IP protocols, networking, and communications.
  • Strong understanding of controls protocols including BACnet and Modbus.
  • Able to interpret technical documentation such as wiring diagrams, mechanical drawings, standards, and plant operating instructions.
  • Possess a Restricted Electrical Licence and a current Australian Drivers Licence.
