Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Physical Security Operations Centre Manager to lead the design, development and implementation of our PSOC.

This key role involves providing strategic guidance on risk, threat and vulnerability management to support our leadership and security teams.

  • Provide expert-level guidance on risk, threat and vulnerability management
  • Direct and oversee physical security risk, threat and vulnerability management initiatives
  • Develop and implement protective security risk, threat and vulnerability deliverables
  • Create executive-level presentation packs, briefings, papers and reports
  • Develop, review and maintain protective security policies, procedures, processes, guidelines, forms and templates
  • Identify vulnerable processes and systems and provide advice for remediation
  • Engage with stakeholders across the organisation and externally

A typical day in this role requires making informed decisions that balance short- and long-term security and business objectives, demonstrating resilience and composure in challenging situations.
