Job Title: Systems Manager

 

About The Role

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the efficient operation of our water and sewer system, working collaboratively within a customer-focused team.

Key Responsibilities

This position requires:

  • Monitoring system availability, configuration, and performance in real-time using SCADA technology
  • Providing technical expertise and advice to field staff as required, with a focus on minimizing system failures
  • Proactively prioritizing and triaging work orders for the dispatch of work crews

 

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate IV qualification in Engineering or a related field, or demonstrated contemporary experience in water and/or sewage network management
  • A current Class C Driver's Licence
  • Experience and understanding of operational management of distrusted networks of assets
  • Experience and understanding of water, wastewater, and networks
  • The ability to effectively utilize information technology systems
