Strategic Centre Manager

Our company is seeking a dedicated Retail Manager to join our growing team. This key role will assist with the day-to-day management of neighbourhood centres, enabling efficient and harmonious working relationships with clients.

The main responsibilities of this role include:

  • Positively supporting the implementation of business strategic plans and marketing strategies
  • Developing a clear understanding of property management agreements for managed assets and ensuring service delivery meets those requirements
  • Managing the presentation and day-to-day operations of centres, including security, maintenance and safety
  • Responsible for managing operating expenditure budgets for managed assets
  • Implementing and maintaining orderly lease administration and financial management procedures
  • Ensuring all planned preventative maintenance is executed in accordance with schedules
  • Preparing monthly reports, including financial analysis and sales reports as requested
  • Ensuring all lease and other documentation is fully executed and in place
  • Assisting Director/Centre Managers in developing and maintaining relationships with owners, occupiers and operational personnel to ensure service excellence is delivered

Key qualifications for this role include:

  • Current and valid real estate certificate
  • Working knowledge of building services and the real estate market
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation, clients and customers
  • Proactive and self-motivated with excellent financial literacy and IT skills
  • Experience using MRI software would be highly desirable
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders
