Dynamic Education Leader Opportunity

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and passionate educator to lead our programs for children, encouraging them to explore and learn.
This is a part-time opportunity with 37.5 hours per week, offering a competitive hourly rate of $27-$40.
Key Responsibilities:
- To implement and evaluate educational programs for children
- To provide nurturing care and support to children
- To facilitate learning experiences and promote child development
- To maintain effective communication with parents and colleagues
- To evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or working towards
- Previous experience as a Lead Educator
- Current Senior First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Current Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management
- Current Working with Children Check
- Good knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Framework
