We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as Assistant Director.
Job DescriptionThe role of Assistant Director is a critical position that requires strong leadership skills and experience in early learning and care. The successful candidate will be responsible for mentoring and building capabilities within the centre team, supporting the Centre Director in the leadership of the team, and ensuring the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director's absence.
Key Responsibilities- Mentoring and Developing Team Members: Provide guidance and support to centre staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Supporting Leadership: Collaborate with the Centre Director to lead the team and drive continuous improvement across all areas of centre operations.
- Centre Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the centre in the Centre Director's absence.
