Job Opportunity

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Analyst - Operations professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science, actuarial science, analytics, or a related field, with a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant technical experience.

The successful candidate will have advanced skills in SAS programming, R programming, and SQL, as well as intermediate experience with Excel and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Cognos.

Some exposure to business intelligence (BI) reporting and visualisation tools like R-Shiny is also desirable. Additionally, the candidate should have insurance industry experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a range of business process management services across finance, accounting, procurement, customer interaction services, and human resources.
  • Collaborate with clients to address their unique business challenges and co-create innovative, digital-led transformational solutions.
Requirements:
  • Graduate degree in computer science, actuarial science, analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant technical experience.
  • Advanced skills in SAS programming, R programming, and SQL.
  • Intermediate experience with Excel and data visualization tools.
  • Some exposure to BI reporting and visualisation tools.
  • Insurance industry experience desirable.
