Responsibilities:
- Liaise with employers and employees to manage workcover claims
- Provide technical advice to case managers on workers compensation laws and regulations
- Drive early return-to-work initiatives on claims
- Prepare claims for conciliation when required
You'll thrive in this role if you have:
- A strong background in workers compensation law and regulations
- Experience in claims and case management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and sound decision-making skills
