Confluence Water, a joint venture between Ventia, Downer, and Jacobs, is one of three regional delivery consortia providing services in partnership with Sydney Water. Our team delivers design, construction, maintenance, and facilities management services in Sydney Water's North region, which spans from Sydney Harbour to the Hawkesbury River and includes the Hills Shire.

The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Project Engineer to join our North Delivery Team on a permanent, full-time basis. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, your primary responsibility will be to assist in delivering critical infrastructure projects. You will demonstrate extensive HV experience in delivery, with a strong background in Water Treatment Infrastructure. This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in the full lifecycle of your projects, from concept design to construction and commissioning.

About You

  • Relevant degree in Engineering
  • Industrial experience with water treatment plants from an electrical delivery perspective
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies, processes, and standards
  • Ability to manage multiple project packages concurrently
  • Developing mentoring skills and an appetite for developing others
  • Demonstrated management and organisational skills
  • Demonstrated experience in collaborative and consultative processes at a professional level
  • Demonstrated interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work as a member of a team
  • Demonstrated written communication and IT skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and adaptively in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders
