We are seeking an experienced Project Manager - Electrical to join our Confluence Water Joint Venture team on a permanent, full-time basis. Reporting to a Senior Project Manager, this presents an excellent opportunity to undertake Construction of Water & Wastewater Projects in a long-term program of works. You will be responsible for the delivery of the project from inception to final stage commissioning whilst focusing on the development and efficient productivity of a growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver projects from inception to final stage commissioning.
  • Develop and manage a growing team.
  • Ensure efficient productivity and development of team members.

About You

  • Passionate about Project Management Fundamentals including Time, Cost, Schedule, Risk.
  • Experience working on pump control systems, HV & LV, switch gears and pump station upgrades.
  • Solid experience and understanding of project forecasting requirements.
  • Effective communication with senior leaders and tradespeople.
  • Exposure to large infrastructure projects is advantageous.
  • Proven and demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Ability to multitask and has an appetite for developing others.
