Key Responsibilities
  • Establish new Agency clients in the core system (LIQ) in accordance with signed agreements.
  • Prepare loan prework for Agency transactions accurately and within agreed timeframes.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and engage with team members to contribute to building more effective processes.
  • Report and escalate operational risk events.
  • Prepare reports, general ledger suspense, and interest accrual accounts.
Additional Tasks
  • Assist in preparing daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for Securitisation products.
  • Undertake general processing duties like Agency transactions, including initiation of loan rollovers, repayments, and charging of fees for various trusts.
Requirements

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1-2 years' experience working in a related Operations role within banking and financial services. You should have excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and accuracy to ensure high-performance standards.
