Embark on a challenging role where you will support the AVP Manager and AVP Supervisor in processing and managing Agency transactions. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that Agency loan drawdowns, rollovers, repayments, bank guarantees, and fee invoicing & collections are completed accurately and within agreed timeframes in LIQ.
Key Responsibilities- Establish new Agency clients in the core system (LIQ) in accordance with signed agreements.
- Prepare loan prework for Agency transactions accurately and within agreed timeframes.
- Identify areas for process improvement and engage with team members to contribute to building more effective processes.
- Report and escalate operational risk events.
- Prepare reports, general ledger suspense, and interest accrual accounts.
- Assist in preparing daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for Securitisation products.
- Undertake general processing duties like Agency transactions, including initiation of loan rollovers, repayments, and charging of fees for various trusts.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1-2 years' experience working in a related Operations role within banking and financial services. You should have excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and accuracy to ensure high-performance standards.
