Property Management Lead

We are seeking a dynamic Property Management Lead to drive operational excellence and strategic vision across our national portfolio of properties.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in holiday park or land lease community management, with strong knowledge of the land lease model and/or management of long-term residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations, including accommodation, resident management, and guest services.
  • Build relationships with residents and guests to ensure a desirable and well-managed destination.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations relating to the land lease model and holiday park operations.
  • Identify business development opportunities to drive occupancy and revenue.
  • Lead recruitment, training, and development of the onsite team.
  • Maximise revenue through yield management and control operating costs.
  • Oversee front office administration, reservation systems, and customer service functions.
  • Maintain facilities, amenities, and grounds to the highest standards.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership skills and ability to engage positively with residents and guests.
  • Excellent organisational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
