
Vehicular Assessment Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Motor Vehicle Assessor to join our organization.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing vehicles on-road and via desktop using our company's frameworks.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate with repairers to achieve the best repair method, cost, and quality outcomes.
- Manage escalations and disputes, ensuring timely and fair resolutions.
- Conduct reinspection, audits, and quality checks to maintain repair standards.
- Requirements:
- Trade qualification in panel beating, spray painting, or mechanics or equivalent experience as a Motor Vehicle Assessor.
- A minimum of 3 years' post-trade qualification experience.
- Proven experience in quote writing and assessing/estimating skills.
- Knowledge of repair methods, insurance codes, and compliance.
- Current unrestricted driver's licence.
