You will also possess excellent customer service skills and maintain a professional relationship with members, ensuring all communications are positive and constructive.

**Essential Qualifications:**

- Certification in Fitness (e.g., Cert III in Fitness) or equivalent experience.

- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.

- Employee Working with Children Check.

- Relevant Program Certification (e.g., Zumba, Les Mills).
