Job Title: Service Operations Manager

The role of a Service Operations Manager is crucial in ensuring the smooth delivery of exceptional customer-focused services to clients. This involves effective coordination and management of activities within the work unit to achieve efficient and accurate outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership and guidance to ensure service standards are met, and performance levels are promoted through engagement, ownership, and commitment.
  • Identify opportunities for system and business process improvement and escalate to relevant decision-making positions or committees.
  • Support the Service Leader in achieving expected outcomes and develop key relationships for effective service delivery.
  • Coordinate induction, training, and development of staff to ensure accurate processing of payroll-related documentation.
Requirements:
  • Proven ability to coordinate and manage services in a complex environment, delivering quality customer services.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and sustain a relationship-based culture with a service team.
  • Knowledge or demonstrated ability to provide accurate advice on payroll matters in accordance with relevant legislation, Directives, awards, policies, and procedures.
