We're seeking an experienced Case Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing and processing cases and payments for our members, including TPD and IP insurance claims, Death and TI claims with or without insurance cover, Family Law claims and early release payments.

About the Role

As a Case Manager, your primary focus will be on managing the end-to-end process of Disability Claims. You'll work closely with claimants, beneficiaries, and solicitors to provide helpful service and assistance along the way.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has experience working in a similar role within a Superannuation or Life claims assessment environment.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and process cases and payments for members, including TPD and IP insurance claims, Death and TI claims with or without insurance cover, Family Law claims and early release payments.
  • Work closely with claimants, beneficiaries, and solicitors to provide helpful service and assistance along the way.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience working in a similar role within a Superannuation or Life claims assessment environment.
  • Claims Staking experience.
  • Ability to prepare trustee recommendations for approval.
