Job Title: Editorial Coordinator
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Editorial Coordinator. As the primary point of contact for reader enquiries, you will represent our brand and provide exceptional client service.
- Act as the main liaison between readers and our editorial team.
- Distribute mail, file documents, organise catering, manage the reader feedback inbox, order stationery and handle IT issues.
- Support the editor-in-chief by managing her diary, coordinating meetings and handling administrative tasks on her behalf.
- Assist the fashion team with clothing returns and attend photo shoots when required.
- Book and organise staff travel arrangements.
- Manage the weekly editorial budget, including processing invoices and setting up new suppliers.
- Support senior members of the team with tasks such as transcribing and research.
- Recruit and manage interns for Stellar and Body+Soul.
- Help edit and distribute the weekly press release for the magazine.
- Assist the digital editors in building content for online platforms.
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- A high-performing team player with excellent communication and organisational skills.
- An exceptional eye for detail, style, accuracy and consistency.
- A keen interest in magazines and online/social media, and related topics.
- Energy, sense of humour, enthusiasm and problem-solving skills.
