Early Childhood Educator Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated and passionate Early Childhood professionals to develop and implement engaging learning programs aligned with the Western Australian Kindergarten Curriculum Guidelines, Western Australian Curriculum (Pre-Primary to Year 2), Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), and National Quality Standard (NQS).

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality educational programs that support children's cognitive, social, and emotional growth.

This involves implementing evidence-based teaching strategies, balancing explicit literacy and numeracy instruction with inquiry-based and play-based learning to foster creativity and critical thinking.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver comprehensive educational programs for students in Kindergarten to Year 6

  • Balance structured literacy and numeracy instruction with open-ended inquiry and hands-on learning experiences
