The School

Dalyellup PS is located in the South-West of Western Australia in the beachside suburb of Dalyellup Beach Estate, 12 kilometres south of Bunbury. We offer a focused learning environment for students in Kindergarten to Year 6, where all students are encouraged to achieve their full potential while fostering the core behaviour expectations of Responsibility, Respect, Achieving Your Best, and Being Safe.

The Role

We are seeking enthusiastic Early Childhood educators who would deliver developmentally appropriate and engaging learning programs aligned with the Western Australian Kindergarten Curriculum Guidelines, Western Australian Curriculum (Pre-Primary to Year 2), Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), and National Quality Standard (NQS). Suitable applicants should implement evidence-based teaching strategies that support children's cognitive, social, and emotional growth, balancing explicit literacy and numeracy instruction with inquiry-based and play-based learning to inspire creativity and critical thinking.

Suitable applicants should ideally exhibit strong data literacy through effective use of formative and summative assessments to inform differentiated teaching and early intervention. Building respectful relationships with children, families, and a diverse school community is essential, as is the ability to collaborate within a dynamic teaching team. You will contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by co-planning, co-teaching, and sharing best practices.
