Clinical Specialist Role

Are you a skilled prosthetist looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity? We have an exciting position available for a Clinical Specialist to join our team.

This role will involve working closely with customers in Australia, providing clinical and technical expertise, and driving the growth of our business. You'll be responsible for understanding customer needs and providing education and training on our products.

As a Clinical Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-quality clinical and technical support to customers;
  • Developing and delivering training programs to enhance customer knowledge and skills;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction;
  • Evaluating and improving existing processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Prosthetics or related field;
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in prosthetics or related field;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
