We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Research Associate to join our team at ICON. As a Senior CRA, you will play a critical role in the success of our clinical trials, working closely with our clients to deliver high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities- Site Management: Oversee all aspects of study site management, ensuring high-quality data and consistently low query levels.
- Site Identification and Initiation: Lead site identification and initiation activities in Australia, working closely with our clients to identify and select suitable sites.
- Monitoring Visits: Perform all aspects of broader CRA duties, including site feasibility, selection, initiation, routine monitoring visits, and close-out visits.
- Education: Degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of prior monitoring experience with global trials.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, knowledge of international guidelines (ICH-GCP), and local regulations.
- Travel: Flexibility to travel for monitoring visits as required.
