Job Summary:

As a Mine Star Support Advisor with Umbrella Functional Consulting & Support Team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their Mine Star systems are running smoothly and efficiently. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a real impact on our customers' success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive support for Mine Star systems, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and maintenance.
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers, the Caterpillar support team, and other stakeholders.
  • Track solution metrics and provide regular reporting to ensure alignment with our customer performance teams' objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Mine Star Support Team to refine support processes and improve outcomes, ensuring a robust and repeatable customer experience throughout the Mine Star product support lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in an IT or technology-related field, with a background in software or computer science.
  • Minimum 2 years' industry experience in a customer-focused application support role.
  • Demonstrated passion for and commitment to building strong customer relationships.
  • Able to effectively assess, prioritize, and escalate issues and solutions.
  • High-level problem-solving skills with the ability to follow through on required actions to resolution.
  • Confidently apply advanced communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal) within all tasks.
  • Ability to build and maintain successful working relationships across a range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Advanced time management, planning, and organizational skills with the ability to manage fluctuating workloads and conflicting priorities to achieve tight deadlines.
  • Highly developed attention to detail when dealing with high volumes of data across multiple systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team, autonomously, and/or remotely, across multiple sites.
  • Strong understanding of and commitment to HSE policies and procedures.
